Our Story
The Golden Results Team is more than just a name—it’s a legacy of service, dedication, and family. Founded in 1992 by the late Sharon Keating, the team began as a vision to serve Mid-Missouri families with honesty, integrity, and unmatched results. Sharon’s passion for real estate and her unwavering commitment to her clients made her a pillar in the local industry—and an inspiration to those closest to her.
Her son, Jon Wayne Beasley, followed in her footsteps and began his real estate journey in 2007, working directly alongside Sharon as her dedicated buyer specialist. Over the years, Jon has guided countless families through the path to homeownership. Today, he leads the Golden Results Team with the same values his mother instilled, bringing added expertise as a local builder—offering clients a unique and knowledgeable perspective on both resale and new construction.
In 2023, a new generation joined the legacy. Jonathan Michael Beasley, Sharon’s grandson, entered the business with a strong desire to help people buy and sell homes while continuing the family’s tradition of excellence. His passion, professionalism, and people-first mindset reflect the spirit that has defined the team since its founding.
Together, Jon and Jonathan honor Sharon’s memory and mission every day: to provide golden results—real estate done the right way, with heart, knowledge, and dedication that spans generations.
